We headed to Country Village for the Kids Day and did the train ride, rode a pony, and did some games and activities. We then went to The Carolina Smokehouse for some yummy BBQ for lunch. If you haven't checked it out yet, it is a definite must! I am a bun and sauce girl when it comes to BBQ and this place was just perfect - a nice sweet roll with apple smoked BBQ sauce make my pulled pork sandwich pretty darn tasty.
