A Fancy day with Nancy

Fancy Nancy came to town and we went to see the ballet. It was a very special day with 21 moms, kids and a dad. We are so blessed to have so many wonderful friends that love to share in the many fun activities around the Eastside with us.

I planned ahead to get the book that the ballet was written from so we could get it signed by the illustrator but I missed the boat on getting dressed up fancy.This is what happens I guess when you are responsible for all the tickets :) Mommy made up for it though by making a small purchase of Fancy lip gloss and body spray.

After the show, the girls got to pose with the characters and the star, Fancy Nancy!  

The special treat of the show was that when you have a large Preschool Group, you can call up and ask for special extras. This extra was a backstage tour! The girls love it! They got to see where they all get beautiful and meet the characters behind the scene with a special tour.  

Every little girls dream, a table with hair clips, sparkles, bows, fairy wings, etc

They had fun pretending that they were the stars of the show behind the curtain

And it ended with a special visit backstage with Fancy Nancy herself.
