We continued our Thanksgiving weekend tradition of picking out our Tree at my Dad's nursery, Bellevue Nursery on the Sunday following Thanksgiving. I have rules! No Christmas till Sunday, Even Eggnog Lattes! We picked out a beautiful 7-8 foot flocked evergreen and finally put the bed of the truck to good use to get it home. Not having the tree on the roof on the freeway brought much peace of mind this year.
We have a love for the talking animals
Hailey and I enjoyed our Christmas music and hot cocoa with marshmallows while we decorated. She did a wonderful job and still checks all the ornaments daily to make sure they are in the right place and the candy canes are still there.
