So I know I am quite late in posting the full recap of our Easter celebrations so I will do my best to summarize as I post some of the best shots of the day. But first, here is our Easter Bunny Picture. I know I am bit biased but this one is pretty darn cute!
Hailey woke up to find the bunny left footprints in her room! she was so excited she didn't even see her Easter basket until she went back into her room after waking us up with the news.
Her special gift , the critter table, was supposed to actually be from Greg and I but she was so funny how we heard her wake up and then heard the little pitter patter run down the hall to the family room where her critter table was waiting. Next thing she comes running back down the hall bursts into our room, tells us that the Easter bunny was here and that he left her a critter table, and bunny feet! It was so cute I just couldn't bear to tell her the truth. She was out of breath and shaking from excitement. We then got up and walked around the house to find starburts and her Easter basket that she missed from the excitement.
Breakfast of champions - bunny bread and creamed honey - she loved it!
She then got to open the special packages from Uncle Brian and Kerry and Gramma Lela and Grampa George

We then headed to church with my dad, sister and step mom and did some more Easter baskets... Hailey enjoyed getting into Mommy's knee high boots :)
After church we headed over to Grampa Dexters for an Easter egg hunt and some yummy dinner. Aren't these kids cute!
And then we enjoyed our special Easter treat that Hailey and I made - Carrot garden boxes
