The first few days pretty much consist of eating, swimming, realizing and experiences all the fun things to do on the boat since we are at sea. One of our favorite places is called the crows nest which is the top of the boat at the front. We like to sit along with bench and look for whales while eating fruit and having coffee.
We also make good use of the many sweet treats such as ice cream and cupcakes. Hailey and I liked cupcakes and tea at 3. I take a picture of her and she takes a picture of me. Boy we make a good team!
Our second day at sea we got to wake up to a beautiful view of of Bahia Magdalena.
We also spent LOTS of time at the pool. We brought Hailey's swim float which was the best idea ever. The first day we got in together, the second day she danced around the pool edge in 2 inches of water, the 3rd day she got in by herself and buzzed around the pool wall and by teh 4th day she was jumping in and playing with the big kids. She made lots of friends and it was amazing to see how many kids just gravitated to her. I will not have to worry about a lack of friends for this cutie patuty!
We also had the great opportunity to let her enjoy the kids club while we got to have some relazing adult time. I still felt that she was a bit young to spend too much time there but it was nice to be able to go work out, lay by the pool, or read a book and know that she was having a ton of fun. This is the only picture that I took of teh fun stuff that they got to do but she got an activity planner each night with the next days activities and did things like make picture frames, story time, decorate cookies, play with a huge parachute, water balloon toss, games, dancing, coloring, and making lots of new friends. Greg and I even left her on the boat for an hour one day while we went back into town to have a margarita. Amazing teachers and wonderful program.
Greg's hightlight of the trip was to see the same performer that does a tribute to Elton John performance, Joel Mason It was kinda funny how we saw him around the ship as just a normal passenger a few times too.
The next few posts will be about our ports of call, Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan and Cabo.
