Mt Rainier Santa Train

We heard about the Mt Rainier Santa Train from Hailey's Preschool teacher and couldn't resist this Christmas Adventure. We invited a couple other family friends of ours and headed down to check it out.

It was an 1 1/2 hr ride along the valley around Mt Rainier with a few opportunities to catch a glimpse of the south side of the beautiful snowy white mountain. The train was decorated in all it's holiday glory and the big man himself has his own car in the caboose and had a special visit with each and every kid/family on the train.

Chloe's Daddy, Greg, took some beautiful pictures as usual. Thank you so much for sharing!

Greg must be the fun dad as all the kids kept flocking to him. Oh wait, that was because he was the one sticking his head out this window and letting the kids play along.

They also got a train whistle from donating books, well this one, ended up someplace about a mile up the track, but they were nice enough to give her a new one due to quite a few tears.

After all the kids got their special visit, the big guy made a final trip through the train which was a nice surprise.

It was a very special adventure and we had so much fun with our friends that we hope to add this to our adventure list again.
Enjoying a lolly pop with her bestie, Chloe
