Celebrating Fall

We got into the crafty part of Halloween this year by doing a few activities close to home. With traveling and a birthday party, we didn't make it out to many places but that was quite fine by us.

We made pumpkin lanterns

Pumpkin rice krispy treats

Had a light brite pumpkin making playdate with Chloe

We went to the music performance of Halloween Hooray (Let Your Music Shine)

And we went on a leaf walk to make a leaf mobile to celebrate fall.

We also did some finger painting with fall colors and made leafs to tape to the window that you can see in the background.

We had a great time looking at the changing of the colors in the trees and talking a lot about fall, I have to say, it was probably the most beautiful fall I have ever seen in the Pacific Northwest, I love where we live. We had many beautiful sunsets like this that we saw from our back yard.
