Well, apparently, I had no idea what I was talking about and she proved me wrong... Hailey now has a new best friend named "baby".
She feeds her
Dresses her
Puts her to bed
Gets her up
Kisses her
Makes her go potty
Tells her stories
Brushes her hair
Shows her to the animals
Lets her sit with her at meal time
Accompanies her to Grandma's
And most recently, takes her for rides in her new baby stroller
Basically, if Hailey goes someplace, dolly (and Ba) are with her.
Hailey just loves her real stroller and can literally break down into a sobbing mess if she sees her it and we are not going on an adventure (walk) as we call them. I figured that this would be a great first gift for her "baby." We needed to go to Toys "R" Us to pick up a couple of birthday gifts and so I let her pick out a baby stroller. She did not let go of it until we got home, we bought it in bellevue and had to drive 30 min to get home mind you and I am not kidding, this is how she sat the entire ride home.
I cannot believe how cute some of this stuff is now days, it is a hot pinkGraco umbrella stoller that looks just like a real one except much smaller. I was pretty close to buying the jogging stroller version but decided it was just a bit too big and a bit ridiculous.
She runs up and down the whole length of the house pushing the stroller with "baby" in it, she just loves it. When the time comes, which is NOT anytime soon, she will be a GREAT big sister.

Oh how cute. See this grandma doesn't know about girls Hailey so you're going to have to teach me. Your dad had an imaginary friend so remember that Hailey. We can't remember his name no matter how hard we try. lol.
