Today Greg and I were able to take an afternoon away and enjoy the cheese festival with my brother and his girlfriend Kerry who is from Boston. We had a great time enjoying all sorts of cheeses, lunch at Pike Place Brewery, and then spending a bit of time taking in the sun at the park overlooking the sound.
It has been a LONG time since we have done something away from the munchkin. I have a hard time leaving her on the weekend since I am away from her during the day all week. As hard as it is, we have to remember that it is important since I can't even remember the last time we did something just us.
