September Update

I kinda slacked off for a couple of weeks after being so on top of weekly postings.

To update everyone, Hailey is soooo close to walking, she scoots around the tables with one finger holding on and can move from and to various pieces of furniture with out falling but more of a fall forward and catch the edge kinda thing.

She is climbing up full flights of stairs, climbing up on to tables, chairs, ottomans, in and out of her princess chair while she watches her movies (only once on the weekend as a special treat), she is clapping, (mommy finally taught her something ;) ), she is saying a few words such as Oh, Oh, Grandma Robin claims she said yucky but mommy didn't hear it, and of course my favorite is the shaking her head no.

She is eating so well too, she eats three good meals a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and two bottles mixed in througout the day with a few small snacks and then I still nurse her to sleep. My goal is to hit the year and then start to taper off a bit. She has tried almost all veggies and fruit except berries and citurs, loves her cheeses and yogurt, and we just started to introduce chicken yesterday but she is not crazy about it AT ALL!

We also will be starting our 4th session of swimming lessons but at a different pool with our friends Angela and Katherine who were also at the YMCA but in different sessons. we have heard great things about the Mount Lake Terrace pool so we decided to give it a try. It will be twice a week too, she loves swimming so I am sure that she will be very excited to go more often. This past weekend we went to Grandpa's and Step Grandma's cabin near Poulsbo to escape the city and had a great time spending time with them watching the tide come and go, going out crabbing with Daddy, relaxing and enjoying the sun.

I will do much better about updating more often going forward so the posts are not so long.
